Karl Davey, Managing Consultant
Karl has extensive industry experience and has previously served in Senior Risk and Compliance leadership and executive roles in an ASX listed organisations. He has a proven track record in the development and implementation of organisational and functional wide enterprise risk management (ERM) and assurance frameworks in organisations worldwide.
Karl is experienced in building internal risk and assurance capabilities, high performing teams and integrating effective risk management into part of the business culture and practice. He has previous supported Construction, Infrastructure, Resources, Telecommunication, Transportation and Engineering clients worldwide with their bids, project delivery and consolidation of projects and operations into a portfolio and enterprise wide risk view.
Karl is currently helping organisations ‘right size’ their risk management processes, systems and activities to ensure they add value, gain buy-in, and support the effective identification, assessment, management and communication of risk.
